A new report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) testing Obamacare's effectiveness in verifying applicants identity and citizenship status found 11 of 12 fictitious applicants were accepted, reports The Blaze. Republicans in Congress requested the GAO analysis amid numerous recent setbacks for Obamacare including concerns the program is vulnerable to waste and fraud.
